Found it: Glenelg, Adelaide. When I used to live at Glenelg a year ago it didn't have a surf lifesaving tower. Was down there for work today and with the old surf club being demolished and relocated it seems to have gained one. This overlooks the beach volleyball courts, and probably has a great view of the beach scenery during summer!

A four-alarm fire engulfed a strip mall in Manhattan Beach Tuesday, destroying five businesses but causing no injuries, authorities said.
